Delivery

For Field Grown, Large Containers, and B & B Plants to one location per load.

Name, street address (where we are to deliver), Home and work telephone numbers. Show location, where we deliver, on map. Let us know if the location is an empty lot or anything of that kind.

When is a good time for us to deliver? When we are digging from field we can not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. We do recommend someone be there when we deliver. We will try to deliver when it’s convenient for you as possible, within reason. If we are unable to come when we have set up delivery, we will contact you as soon as possible and set up another date and time.

Delivery includes: unloading plants from truck and taking plants to planting area at a single address. We will put the plant in the hole if the hole is dug the appropriate size. If there are any circumstances we should know about let us know! So we can be prepared.

Delivery does not include: removing sections of fence, adjusting hole size, materials for planting, assisting in planting, covering roots with soil, watering, staking, giving advice, anything else not listed in Delivery, or consulting on other plants in your yard.

Extra services are $50.00 every 30 minutes starting at the time our crew starts doing the extra services. We must know if you will need the crew to help or stay longer when we are setting up delivery. Payment is due when our crew is finished (You pay the driver of the truck). Generally we are running on a very tight schedule during the time we are digging in the field

Delivery in a pick up

1 to 5 small plants in container sizes (ranging from #1 to #15); or bare root trees up to 1 ¾”;

$30 To Pasco, Kennewick or Richland within 15 minute drive time.
$35 to Burbank, Finley, South Kennewick, Rancho Reata or West Richland; within a 30 minute drive time.

6 to 10 small plants in container sizes (ranging from #1 to #15); or bare root trees up to 1 ¾”;

$45 To Pasco, Kennewick or Richland within 15 minute drive time.
$50 To Burbank, Finley, South Kennewick, Rancho Reata or West Richland; within a 30 minute drive time.

Delivery in a truck & trailer

1 to 10 plants in container sizes (ranging from #1 to #25); or bare root trees up to 2 1/2”;

$65 To Pasco, Kennewick or Richland within 15 minute drive time.
$70 to Burbank, Finley, South Kennewick, Rancho Reata or West Richland; within a 30 minute drive time.

A Delivery in a truck with a trailer and small back hoe or small tractor; To have tractor access 7 feet wide is needed; no power lines, telephone lines, or cables lower than 15 feet.

1 to 10 plants in container sizes (ranging from #1 to #25) or bare root trees up to 5”;

$85 To Pasco, Kennewick or Richland within 15 minute drive time.
$90 to Burbank, Finley, South Kennewick, Rancho Reata or West Richland; within a 30 minute drive time.

A Delivery in a truck with a trailer and tractor; To have tractor access 7 feet wide is needed; no power lines, telephone lines, or cables lower than 15 feet.

Large Loads including large bare root trees up to 6 3/4”;

$100 To Pasco, Kennewick or Richland within 15 minute drive time.
$110 to Burbank, Finley, South Kennewick, Rancho Reata or West Richland; within a 30 minute drive time.

Further distances than indicated on map will cost (to be determined) per mile plus set delivery price.

If our crew decides working conditions are unsafe to get a plant to a location for planting, they will not take it there, we generally are concerned about steep grades on hills or slopes, but we are sure we could encounter other unsafe conditions and the crew may refuse to endanger themselves at any time.
