Return Policy-Plants can be returned within 10 days of purchase, and must be returned in the same condition as purchased. Non-plant goods can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Limited Warranty on Plants-It is 90 days for Hardy Trees, Shrubs, Roses, and Perennials from the date of invoice, hardy to USDA zone 7 or lower zones, and planted in the ground. If purchased in the dormant season (Oct to Feb) and the plants do not leaf out by April 30th, contact us. No Warranty on Houseplants, Tropicals, Annuals, Vegetables, and Hanging Baskets.

If you have us install the plants for you, it is one year from the time of the invoice. "Planting" is on the invoice as a line item for when you have us install your plants for you.

We do not cover insects, disease, or care-related (like watering) issues that occur after the plant(s) leave our facility. We are not liable for amounts greater than the purchase amount. We will replace the plant material once; no further recourse is offered or suggested after the replacement has been completed.

If you have questions or concerns regarding your new plants, please feel free to contact us. Please don’t wait for the plant to die or completely defoliate (drop its leaves); it’s best to reach out to us when it shows 10-20 percent stress, so we can help you get the plant back on track.
