Job's Nursery and Pumpkin Patch LLC

Helping Tri-City Gardeners Grow Since 1940!

Job's Nursery LLC is a family owned nursery and tree farm that offers a wide selection of outdoor plants that are hardy for our area. We are located just north of Pasco on Columbia River Road.  It's a short trip to a beautiful location to escape the hustle and bustle of your everyday life.

School Trips to the Patch for classes of 10 to 100ish
For PreK, Kindergarten, and 1st-grade Students

$5 per student

-Each student gets to pick a pumpkin that they can carry out on their power from the patch.

-Each group gets a “How Pumpkins Grow” Talk in which nursery staff go over the year of growing pumpkins from seeds to harvest while being at the level of the students with plenty of hand motions and tractor noises. For larger groups, we split them up so half will get the pumpkin talk and the other half goes to the patch, then switch.

What Job’s Nursery does to make it enjoyable for both staff and students
-We schedule field trips so there is only one school per slot (unless groups are small, like 15 or less), plan for 40 minutes to 1 hr.
-Field trips are available Tuesday through Friday at times 9:30 am and 11:00 am.
-Payments can be made via cash, school check,  P-Card, or School PO. Just let us know ahead of time. We ask teachers to collect the money and pay once for the entire class that attended the field trip.
