Our Warranty for Plants

90 days for potted or balled and burlaped trees, shrubs, perennials, roses, and evergreens hardy to USDA zone 7 or lower zones.

Tree Farm Trees dug and planted during the dormant season.  Marked "Field" on your invoice. You have until June 1st of spring after they were planted.

If you have us install the plants for you, it is one year from the time of invoice. "Planting" is on the invoice as a line item for when you have us install your plants for you.

Limits of our warranty- We do not warranty annuals, hanging baskets, vegetable starts, and plants rated USDA zone 7 or above. We do not cover insects, disease, water, or care-related issues that occur after the plant(s) leaves our facility.

We are not liable for amounts greater than the purchase amount. We will replace the plant material once, no further recourse is offered or suggested after the replacement has been completed.
